Rosli

AI receptionist for insurance agencies

Every call answered.
Every lead captured.
A real person when it matters.

Rosli answers your office line 24/7, learns why the caller is calling, and hands the call to your team with a spoken preview and press-1. When nobody can take it, the caller leaves a message and your office mailbox gets the summary. Rosli never quotes, binds or advises. Your licensed people do.

  • Works on your existing number. You set a forward; undo it in a minute.
  • Warm transfer with whisper and press-1. Voicemail can never intercept.
  • A summary email for every call, in your shared office mailbox.

The problem

Right now, a ringing phone has three endings

None of them is the one you would pick.

Someone drops a quote to pick up

A producer stops mid-rate to answer "what is my balance?" and the sale cools while the caller is transferred around.

It goes to voicemail

Most callers never leave one. A new-quote caller dials the next agency on the list instead.

After hours, a recording

The claims caller, the closing-tomorrow homebuyer, the customer whose card just declined: all told to call back Monday.

The fourth ending

The call is answered in two rings, the caller is understood in their language, and your team gets the call or the details. Nothing else changes.

What Rosli does

Six things your front desk wishes it could do at 2 a.m.

1

24/7 answering on your existing number

Forward your line. Rosli picks up in two rings, takes unlimited calls at once, every day of the year.

2

Warm transfer with a whisper and press-1

Your team hears "Maria Lopez, existing customer, adding a driver" and presses 1 to take the call.

3

A summary email for every call

Name, number, reason, what was captured: in your shared office mailbox seconds after hang-up.

4

New-quote intake your producers can rate from

Auto, home and life quote requests captured with the fields your team needs, routed to sales first.

5

After-hours messages, urgent calls escalated

Nights and weekends Rosli takes the message; claims and distress can ring an on-call cell if you want.

6

Returning callers recognized, every language served

Second call, Rosli greets by name. Spanish, Mandarin, Russian: answered in the caller's language, announced to you in yours.

How it works

Three steps. One of them is yours.

  1. 1

    Forward your number

A one-minute setting in your phone system. We send you your Rosli number and the how-to for your system. Undo it any time.

  2. 2

    Rosli answers

In two rings, in the caller's language. It learns why they called, captures what your team needs, and screens the spam.

  3. 3

You get the call or the email

Press 1 to take it live with a spoken preview, or read the summary in your office mailbox and call back.

Your team hears the preview and presses 1 within about 20 seconds; while they do, the caller hears that we are connecting them. If nobody picks up, Rosli takes a message and emails it.

The line Rosli never crosses

It captures and routes. Licensed humans quote, bind and advise.

That is how your E&O carrier would want it, and it is a rule in the product, not a setting an office can flip.

  • ×Quote a price, rate or premium
  • ×Answer "am I covered for…?"
  • ×Bind, activate or confirm coverage
  • ×Advise on a claim, or handle an injury, death or total-loss claim alone
  • ×Take card numbers or health details
  • ×Keep an angry, distressed or legal-threat caller away from a human

Questions

What agents ask before they forward

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. Rosli works by forwarding your existing number to a Rosli line. Your customers keep calling the number they know. Turn the forward off and everything is back to normal within a minute.

How long does setup take?

About a day. The sign-up form takes five minutes. We build your office from your website, send a test email to your office mailbox, do one test call with you, and then you set the forward. Most of the day is waiting on your calendar, not ours.

We are a State Farm / Farmers / Allstate office with a corporate phone system. Does this work?

Yes. Forwarding is a self-service setting in those systems: no IT ticket. The one thing to arrange is a number that rings everyone at once (extensions cannot be dialed from outside). Your phone admin can usually provide one in a day; we walk you through it, and until then transfers can ring one person's cell.

Can Rosli answer only after hours, or only when we are busy?

Yes. Forward on no-answer or busy instead of forward-all, or forward only outside office hours. Rosli behaves the same way; you decide when it gets the call.

What will Rosli never do?

Quote prices, answer coverage questions, bind coverage, advise on claims, take card numbers, or collect health details. Those callers reach a licensed person on the first turn: that is a rule in the product, not a setting.

Where do the summaries go, and who sees the data?

To the mailbox you choose, usually your shared office inbox. We keep transcripts, not recordings, and only what the office needs to call back. Details and the subprocessor list are on the Security page; we delete a caller's data on request.

Which languages?

All of them. Rosli answers in the caller's language and switches mid-call if they do. The preview your team hears and the email you get are in English (or your office language).

How do I log in to see my calls?

Go to rosli.ai/dashboard and enter the email address you gave us when you got started (or any address your office asked us to add). We email you a one-time sign-in link; there is no password and nothing to install.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Plans are month to month with no contract. Turn off the forward and you are done; we delete your data on request.
